Seine Technologies provides data intelligence services, including web data collection, structuring, and delivery via API and other formats, as further described in individual service agreements or statements of work entered into between the parties ("Service Agreement"). These Terms apply to all such Services unless expressly superseded by a Service Agreement.
Fees for Services are set out in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month. We reserve the right to suspend Services in the event of non-payment.

All intellectual property rights in our website, technology, and methodologies remain the sole property of Seine Technologies. The data and structured outputs we deliver to you under a Service Agreement are licensed to you for use in accordance with the terms of that agreement. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
Where we provide access to our Services via API, your use of the API is subject to any rate limits, permitted use cases, and technical specifications set out in your Service Agreement or in documentation provided to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable laws, including data protection laws.
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving communications from us relating to our Services. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us at contact@seinetechnologies.com.

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement in accordance with its terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services immediately if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a legal, security, or reputational risk to us or to third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seine Technologies, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

While we take care to deliver accurate and timely data, we make no warranties or representations as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data or output we provide. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of data we deliver.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seine Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Limassol, Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
